sureness

/ˈʃʊɹnəs/ noun

The property of being sure, certainty.

Word Origin Sure comes from Old French sur, from Latin securus 'free from care,' literally 'without care' (se- 'without' + cura 'care'). So sureness is the state of being certain and carefree.
