testifier

/tˈɛstɪfˌaɪɚ/ noun

One who testifies; a witness.

Word Origin Testify comes from Latin testis 'witness' and facere 'to make' — literally 'to make a witness' of oneself, to bear witness. A testifier is the one who does that. The root testis also gives us testimony, testament, attest, contest, protest, detest — all involving witnessing or calling to witness. Interestingly, testis may be related to the number three (PIE *trei-), as a witness was a third party.
