Susceptible to coercion.

Word Origin From Latin coercere 'to restrain, control', from co- 'together' + arcere 'to shut in, enclose'. Coercible means able to be coerced. The root arcere gives us ark (a chest, a place of enclosure), arcane (hidden, secret), and even exercise (from ex- + arcere 'to drive out, keep busy'). So coercible is literally 'able to be restrained together'.
