inappreciably

/ɪnæpɹˈiʃiəbli/ adv

In an inappreciable manner.

Word Origin Appreciable comes from Latin appretiare 'to set a price to,' from ad- 'to' and pretium 'price.' Inappreciably means so small it can't be valued. Pretium gives us appreciate (to recognize value), depreciate (to lower value), and precious (of great price). The PIE *pret- 'to bargain' is behind it. So inappreciable means beyond pricing.
