youngness

/ˈjəŋnəs/ noun

The state or qualities of being young or youthful; youth.

Word Origin From Old English 'geong' and Proto-Germanic 'jungaz', meaning young. Adding the native English suffix -ness turns it into the state of being young. The same root gives us 'youth' (via a different path) and 'youngster'. The PIE root is a mouthful, but it's the same one that gave Latin 'juvenis' (young), so 'juvenile' and 'rejuvenate' are distant cousins.
