withdrawer

/wɪθdɹˈæwɚ/ noun

Someone who withdraws.

Word Origin From Old English wiþ 'against, back' and dragan 'to drag, draw' — so withdraw literally means 'draw back.' A withdrawer is someone who pulls back, retreats. The same with- prefix appears in withhold (hold back) and withstand (stand against). The root dragan also gives us draw, drag, and draught — all about pulling. The PIE root *dʰregʰ- 'to pull, draw' is behind drag, draw, and even Latin trahere (tractor).
