disparagingly

/dɪˈspɛɹɪdʒɪŋɫi/ adv

Insultingly.

Word Origin From Old French desparagier, literally 'to marry unequally' — dis- 'away' + par 'equal.' So to disparage originally meant to match someone with an inferior partner, then to belittle. Disparagingly is the adverb form. The same root par gives us compare (match together), parity, and subpar.
