corroboratory

/kɚɹˈɑbɔɹətˌɔɹi/ adj

Serving to corroborate or strengthen

Word Origin From Latin robor 'oak' — the strongest of trees. To corroborate is literally to strengthen together, to make something as solid as oak. That's why robust (from the same root) means sturdy and vigorous. The prefix cor- (together) adds the idea of mutual reinforcement.
