bloomless

/ˈbɫumləs/ adj

Without blooms.

Word Origin Bloomless means without flowers or blossoms. Bloom comes from Proto-Germanic blōmô 'flower', from PIE *bhel- 'to bloom, thrive'. The -less suffix, from Old English lēas 'devoid of', simply negates it. So a bloomless plant is one that doesn't flower. The same root gives us bloomer and blooming.
