damningly

/ˈdæmɪŋli/ adv

In a damning manner, or to an extent that is damning.

Word Origin Damn comes from Latin damnare 'to condemn, inflict loss,' from damnum 'loss, damage.' Damningly is the adverb: in a way that condemns. The root also gives us damage, damnation, indemnify (to compensate for loss), and the expletive goddamn. The PIE root *dap- meant 'to apportion, sacrifice' — so damnation originally had a sense of sacrificial penalty.
